An amazing cleanser and purifier, Lemon has been known to be antiviral and anti-infectious. As a result it is considered the #1 oil to kill bacteria.

According to Dr. Jean Valnet, when tested against other essential oils for airborne germs, lemon came out as the number one disinfectant for the air. It will also act as an immune stimulant.

Lemon Essential Oil can be used in blended massage oils or diluted in the bath to assist with digestive problems, lack of energy, fatigue, infections, flu, obesity, obesity, rheumatism, depression, stress and as a general tonic.

Helps to protect against infections, aids the digestive system, soothes headaches, migraines and muscular problems and clears greasy skin and hair.

Lemon oil can be very beneficial to the circulatory system and aids with blood flow, reducing blood pressure and helping with nosebleeds.

It may bring down fever, helps relieve throat infections, bronchitis, asthma and flu. It is known to boost the immune system and cleanse the body, improve the functions of the digestive system, and it is helpful with constipation, dyspepsia and cellulite.

BATH: Add 15-20 drops to warm bath.

DIFFUSION: Diffuse 15 drops at a time, throughout the day, to create an uplifting and stimulating work environment.

MASSAGE: Dilute 5-10 drops per 1 tablespoon massage oil. Gently massage as needed.

INHALATION: For a quick pick me up, place 1-2 drops on a cloth and inhale. Keep cloth in a bag and carry with you.

TOPICAL:

  • Lemon oil can be used in a cream or lotion to clear congested skin.
  • The astringent properties are great for oily skin conditions.
  • The antiseptic effect of lemon oil on the other hand, helps to treat any cuts, boils and minor wounds.
  • The rubefacient action of the oil further helps to sort out cellulite, as well as helping with acne.

INTERNAL:

  • Lemon Essential Oil is certified as GRAS ("Generally Regarded As Safe" for internal use) by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration and is widely used in the food industry.
  • 2 or 3 drops in water purifies the water, purifies the liver and the blood, has a draining effect and may be helpful to people who are suffering weight gain, obesity or cellulite.
  • 2 to 3 drops in water taken 4 times a day will help prevent the accumulation of fluids in those who suffer from poor circulation, cellulite, and obesity.
